Location and view.
We only had one key for four people, which meant someone had to stay around to let others in if we wanted to do different things. Was very dirty, had to wash dishes before we used them. The fire alarm went off on Saturday night, good that it works, but it seems we were the only people that walked down the stairs, and I'm assuming one of the residents switched it off before emergency services came, and then went off to their rooms, leaving us outside wondering wether to go back, no communication whatsoever!!! And lastly the master bedroom ensuite had no cold running water.

Great location! The hotel is situated close to the main attractions of the area. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The pool was fantastic! The heated pool was the perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring.
Noise! The hotel is located next to a busy street, which can be very noisy even with the windows closed. The lack of signage in the carpark made it quite difficult to navigate.

It was fantastic for my teenage children as well as my husband and myself. It was close to everything that we needed and we felt extremely safe having the night guard on duty.
We had two apartments...Our apartment was on the 31st floor and my sister and her partners was on the 18th. While Our apartment came fully equipped we believe my sisters did not. She could not use the dryer for fear it was going to blow up. The noise was attrocious. The wind came howling through their windows because they were not sealed properly, there wasnt enough pillows and extra blankets would have been welcomed. She also came to us for a lot of cooking utenciles and as the pool area is no glass, plastic glasses would have been handy. We both were happy to clean the apartment but it gave us 1 teatowel,1/3 of a dish cloth and scourer, which we couldnt use to clean up with, it was pointless. I understand that we all have a budget to meet but maybe teatowels and dishcloths should not be skimped on. We had to buy teatowles, dishclothes and scourers so we could actually clean properly. Our first night we had a BBQ and both appartments didnt have BBQ equipment which was fine but we couldnt clean them as we the 1/3 of the cloth we had just didnt do the job. I believe fully equiped means me not having to purchase t,towels, dishcloths and scourers. The ironing board was ripped and I couldnt iron anything on it. and after 2 weeks and having teenagers I really needed to iron. I understand these are just little things but I also believe these are important little things. I feel that maybe making sure the little things are also in good working order would make you stand out above the other places to stay.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, with a tram stop nearby and easy access to all the Gold Coast action. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms have basic amenities and some even offer million dollar views to boot. Additionally, the hotel serves a delicious breakfast.
Everything was fine.

The beach view.
It was very hot and the air conditioner did not work, we had a pedestal fan that also didn't work. We originally got given a car spot which was someone else's and on our fifth or sixth night we had to park outside, we then got given another one which we were only in for one night before a letter was put on it saying do not park in my spot so once again we were outside for two nights, then the morning we were leaving we had another letter saying we were parked illegally because it was only four hour parking, will not be very happy if I receive a fine in the mail. Plus a few things were falling apart in the apartment like the dishwasher (leaking) and blinds falling down (broken) when I opened them.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a nice pool and BBQ areas. I also appreciated the convenience of the on-site kitchen, which was fully equipped and had a large fridge. The location was perfect, being just a short walk away from shops and with a tram stop just adjacent. Plus, the hotel was right on the ocean, offering stunning views of both the ocean and river. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. it was a great experience.
Nothing, all excellent.

I liked that it was just a short walk to the shops and supermarket and that the apartment had beautiful views from the balcony and bedrooms.
The unit itself had issues with its appliances. the air conditioner and the television in the bedroom were both broken, and the ceiling fans were dusty.
